Spólka jawna nie posiada osobowosci prawnej, ale zasady kodeksu handlowego nadaja jej niektóre cechy osoby prawnej. Z jednej strony moze spólka jawna zawierac umowy czy wystepowac przed sadem jako strona, po­siada ona swój ekwiwalent, a wiec posiada cechy osobowosci prawnej, z drugiej zas wspólnicy odpowiadaja za zobowiazania spólki calym swoim majatkiem. Tak jak inne spólki handlowe spólka jawna wpisywana jest do rejestru han­dlowego. Spólka jawna prowadzi dzialalnosc pod wspólna nazwa (firma).
Pierwszym krokiem warunkujacym powstanie spólki akcyjnej jest Analiza Ekonomiczna Ekonom.XMC.pl spo­rzadzenie i podpisanie przez zalozycieli, których musi byc przynajmniej trzech, statut spólki. Statut to dokument posiadajacy forme aktu notarialnego, w któ­rym definiuje sie: nazwe i siedziba spólki, przedmiot jej dzialania, czas trwania, wysokosc kapitalu akcyjnego i infoladze spólki. Spólka zostaje wpisana do re­jestru handlowego po czym nabywa ona osobowosc prawna.

Most players also make the same full swing with their wedges instead of using what I refer to as a “pitch” length swing.  Remember first that wedges are designed for accuracy and NOT for distance!  Poor wedge players swing these clubs just as they would with the rest of their set while good wedge players control the flight AND the distance.

Here’s an example of a “pitch” length backstroke;  the right forearm does NOT exceed horizontal to the ground, it can be lower but never higher.

By keeping the backstroke the same length and varying the finish you can achieve three different trajectories and distances.

Each of these finish locations can also be used while simply changing the club shaft location at Im

pact.  For a lower trajectory have the club shaft leaning forward , a higher trajectory would a vertical club shaft at Impact and for the highest trajectory a slightly backward leaning club shaft.

Also remember that any shot that is NOT full but more than a “chip shot” is a pitch shot.  Unfortunately most golf announcers tell us that the player is “chipping” when they are 30 yards off the green!  That is NOT a chip shot!  It is a pitch shot…just like a greenside bunker, or a lob these are all variations of pitching.

NBC golf analyst Johnny Miller put his foot in his mouth, again, during this years US Open when he said that Rocco Mediate looked like the guy that cleaned Tigers pool.  Miller also wondered aloud if the USGA would put the name “Rocco” on the trophy.  Both of these comments drew fire from groups, Italian Americans.

Miller issued an apology stating he made a poor choice of words and in no way meant anything derogatory to Rocco or the Italian community.

Both players grew up playing Torry Pines. Both players have won on the course that is the site for this years US Open. But can Phil Mickelson actually beat Tiger Woods on this course, or on any other for that matter?

If Phil CAN he certainly hasn’t shown that he can on a REGULAR basis. But then again NO ONE else either!
