Two other fans sported identical, white, short sleeved tops with this message printed on the back: “From New Brunswick, Canada to see Phil Mickelson.”

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Phil Mickelson withdrew Tuesday from the final PGA Tour event before the U.S. Open and will have a cortisone shot in his left wrist. A doctor assured him he can play pain-free next week at Oakmont.
